Lessons:​

As a scholar-leader, I am learning to balance other perspectives to maximize how my learning fits into everyday life. Being a scholar is continuous as added information evolves with time and is needed for different situations. As a leader, networking relationships, transdisciplinary collaboration, sensing, shaping intuition, and decision-making are all necessary to adapt to group and organization dynamics. Putting the role of scholar and leader together makes sense for growing as a person and having more meaningful, productive interactions.
