Intent: highlight the commonalities of our mission as a hazards battalion while appreciating the differences in the skill sets, we each bring to the table to meet mission requirements. This will be an annual event.
*This artifact supports the potential for additional research as a part of my dissertation by building on in-depth papers of DEL 802 Conceptual Frameworks for Leadership and 830 Executive Decision Making to analyze the impact of personal values when leaders are faced with an organizational change (DEL 802) or an evaluation of a leaders self-efficacy impact on decision making (DEL 830).
