Initial Counseling

Goals/Vision:

Commanders repeat the counseling style with their subordinates, transforming the battalion’s approach to personalized leader development and goal setting to improve leader attributes. Develop a feedback survey with an open narrative section.​

DEL Program Outcomes:

2. Make timely judgments to seize opportunities and to bring about those decisions by a) developing and rewarding creative action and b) diminishing assets and processes that no longer add value.
